SYNOPSIS

Ada and Laura are waiting for some terrible information: Will their 11-year-old son survive the accident that has destroyed his body?The mental disability of the childhas turned theirexistence into an absolute hell. If he dies tonight in the operating theatre, maybe, just maybe, they will be able toremake what they have left of their relationship, what they have left of illusions, what they have left of life. But is there life after wishing the death of a child? How far are we able to endure suffering? We are not prepared for the pain, but the pain is there. In our bodyand, above all, in our mind. Are we monsters for wanting to escape from it? Or is it simply human to protect oneself, even at the expense of others, even of the most beloved ones? The islandexplores that fine line that separates what we feel from what we can recognize that we feel in front of others and in front of ourselves. The islandspeaks of the pain of living and the pain of being dead in life. Because, after all, we are all an island surrounded by water and solitude.

SYNOPSIS

L’amour est-il sensible? Le sommes-nous lorsque nous tombons amoureux de quelqu’un ? Ou nous transformons-nous plutôt en êtres insensibles, limités, dures et aveugles devant tout ce qui n’est pas l’objet de notre désir ? 
Sensible est un spectacle passionant qui nous plonge dans une foule de sensations et d’affects magistralement exposés par Constance de Salm dans son célèbre roman Vint-quatre heures d’une femme sensible. On y découvre une femme mûre et riche passant par toutes les étapes du calvaire après avoir découvert, à la sortie de l’opéra, la supposée trahison de son jeune amoureux. Dépitée, au cours d’une intense journée elle s’enfonce dans une spirale de frénésies et de débordements pour tenter de retrouver l’attention de son amant.

Machiavel a écrit Le prince en 1513. Cinq siècles plus tard sa pensée reste toujours d’actualité. N’est-il pas terrifiant de penser que le temps passe sans que les règles du pouvoir changent ? En ces temps de convulsion politique, de mensonges, de corruption, d’abus, tourner nos regards vers le passé peut nous aider à mieux comprendre le présent. La clairvoyance de l’analyse de Machiavel rend patent, une fois encore, que l’exercice du pouvoir requiert des décisions et des calculs qui ne sont pas toujours compatibles avec l’éthique. Mais pourrions-nous vivre sans ?
Un débat fascinant que ce spectacle, interprété par Fernando Cayo sous la direction de Juan Carlos Rubio, met en scène en 2015. Une première mondiale qui ne peut laisser indifférent aucun citoyen qui dépend des décisions de ses gouvernants. Si nous prenons le temps d’y réfléchir : y a-t-il quelqu’un qui n’en dépende pas ?

SYNOPSIS

L’appartement que l’agent immobilier offre à Sara réunit toutes les caractéristiques qu’elle désire : prix modique, grand, lumineux et belles vues. Il n’y a qu’un petit “inconvénient”: la propriétaire de l’appartement y vivra jusqu’à son décès. Lola (de plus de soixante-dix ans) a été opérée du cœur à deux occasions et sans doute ne tiendra-t-elle pas encore très longtemps. Surtout si elle continue de fumer un paquet par jour. Et de boire tout ce qui lui tombe sous la main. Oui, Sara décide d’accepter, d’acheter l’appartement et attendre.
Mais on sait bien que les événements ne se déroulent pas toujours comme on avait imaginé…

SYNOPSIS

Cela fait presque deux décennies que Jack Rolling voyage à travers
le monde aidant tous ceux qui le payent pour se délivrer de leur dangereuse addiction au tabac. Sa célèbre thérapie l’a mené jusqu’à Miami, ville où réside son ex épouse, Susan. Jack décide d’aller  lui rendre visite au journal local et lui confesser le secret le plus inavouable : il a recomencé à fumer.
Une fois ensemble, les vérités et les mensonges vont ressortir à la surface. Rien n’est comme ce qu’il paraît. Le passé et le présent se mélangent en une nuit qui s’annonce longue.
